Terms of Use and Sale

Welcome to Wodg. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Wendall Odgen Jackson, the operator of wodggarage.com, and apply to all visits and purchases. Our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms. Your use of the Site or completion of an order constitutes acceptance.

1. Who We Are

Wodg is the trading name of Wendall Odgen Jackson, an individual seller located at 19103 Ferguson Lane, Jeffersonton, VA 22724, United States. We sell garage workshop organization online through this Site. You can reach us at contact@wodggarage.com, +1 (540) 222-2111 or the contact form, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time (ET)).

2. Eligibility

Purchases may only be made by persons aged 18 or over who can lawfully enter into contracts. This Site is not intended for children under the age of 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, and we do not knowingly collect their data. When you place an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. How You Pay

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are handled by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) using industry-standard encryption; card details never touch our systems. Charges are made at the time of order and show on your card statement as WODGGARAGE.COM. Orders may be held for verification when the billing and shipping details do not match or our provider detects unusual activity; we will contact you if we need anything. For any billing question, write to contact@wodggarage.com and we will look into it right away.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available to the United States. Processing takes 1–2 business days, then 7–14 business days with Economy Shipping (USD 9.99; free from USD 149) or 7–12 business days with Express Shipping (USD 27.94). Tracking is provided for every shipment. Should a shipment be delayed beyond the promised date, we tell you in advance and you may cancel free of charge for a full refund, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. 5. Prices and Taxes

Prices are quoted in USD and can change without notice, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay. Applicable taxes (calculated at checkout based on the shipping address) and any shipping charge appear at checkout before payment, so the final total is always visible before you commit. Promotional "was" prices are genuine prior prices. Should an obvious pricing mistake occur, we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price: we will tell you and let you decide whether to proceed.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

When you complete checkout you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We confirm receipt by email and accept the offer by dispatching the goods; until then either party may cancel. We reserve the right to refuse an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly, our fraud checks are not satisfied, or the delivery address is outside our shipping regions — and in that case we refund you in full within 7 business days. Quantity limits may apply to some products.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation and refund terms, in summary: cancel at no cost before the order ships; return eligible items within 90 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, to 19103 Ferguson Lane, Jeffersonton, VA 22724, United States; return postage is free; refunds go back to the original payment method 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item (7 business days for cancellations); faulty or wrong items are always replaced or refunded free of charge. The full Return and Refund Policy, which you accept at checkout, governs in case of any difference.

8. Site Rules

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its security or operation, or to misuse promotional codes. Customer reviews published on the Site are from verified purchasers; we do not publish fake reviews. By submitting a review or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it, and you confirm it is honest and your own. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

9. Products and Availability

We make every effort to describe products accurately and to show them as they are. Colors may vary slightly with your screen settings, and dimensions are approximate unless stated as exact. Our products are unbranded, generic items sourced from selected manufacturers; any brand names appearing in descriptions are for compatibility reference only and do not indicate affiliation. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order ships; if an item becomes unavailable we contact you with the options of waiting, a substitute or a full refund. We do not use false scarcity or countdown claims.

10. Our Liability

Our responsibility to you for any order is capped at the price you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits or lost data — to the extent the law lets us exclude them. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that consumer protection law does not allow us to limit. Where your state or country does not permit some of these exclusions, they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site and everything on it, including the Wodg name and logo, images, copy and design, belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Site to shop; no other rights are granted. Copying our content for commercial use, scraping the Site or reusing our images requires our written consent. Notices of alleged infringement should be sent to contact@wodggarage.com.

12. Warranty

We provide the limited warranty set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Except for that warranty, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other express warranties, and implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of the limited warranty. Some states do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you; this warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have others that vary by state. Consistent with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, nothing in these Terms disclaims implied warranties while a written warranty is in effect.

13. Law and Disputes

The law of Virginia, including the Virginia Consumer Protection Act, Va. Code § 59.1-196 et seq., and U.S. federal law govern these Terms. We ask that you raise any problem with us first — write to contact@wodggarage.com and give us 30 days to put it right. If that fails, you and Wodg agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration on an individual basis before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer arbitration rules (the Federal Arbitration Act applies), or in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions. You can reject this arbitration clause by notifying us in writing within 30 days after your first order; the rest of the Terms will still apply. You always retain the right to complain to your state attorney general or the FTC.

14. Other Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order, and the current version is always available on the Site with its "last updated" date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor of the business.
